Why is Hurricane Impact Important to Have?

Don't underestimate the value of Hurricane Impact Windows and Hurricane Garage Bay Doors. These are of KEY importance in Florida. This home is equipped with both.  If you see a listing that says "storm protection" ....that is not the same as Hurricane Impact. 

Unlike being on the intracoastal, you will not be forced to evacuate from Long Lake Estates.
